谈到阿门-汤普森角色的转换，乌度卡说道：“这是全年很重要的一部分。现在阿门的任务是为大家发起进攻，而不是打无球。所以在抢篮板、推进和转换进攻方面没有什么变化。但是，作为场上的指挥官，他需要在死球或者罚球时把球员安排到位。”
