8月22日讯 据《每日体育报》报道，德科在研究巴萨租借桑乔的可能性，但巴萨需承诺全额支付桑乔的高额薪水才有可能说服曼联放人，这对巴萨来说是一个很大的障碍。

桑乔和曼联的合同2026年到期，他上赛季和滕哈赫产生矛盾，于今年年初被租借到多特蒙德半个赛季（桑乔在多特蒙德期间的表现不错，为该队打入6个进球）。
