零下100度！霍伊伦晒冷疗照：别担心，对我们北欧人还是夏天

8月2日讯 曼联中锋霍伊伦确认伤缺6周，他也通过社媒晒出自己接受冷疗的照片。

霍伊伦还调侃道：“别担心。在斯堪的纳维亚，我们把这（温度）当成夏天。”

超低温冷疗舱由日本首创，通常都将温度降低到零下100度及以下，极致的低温能让短暂身处其中（通常最多3分钟）的运动员血管变得狭窄，血液的流动和新陈代谢变缓，这也有助于降低病人的疼痛、水肿、发炎等症状。C罗、詹姆斯等体坛名将甚至在家中就都备有这样的冷疗仓，最低甚至可达零下200度。
